Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on 645bd and use any service, you must be at least 21 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 645bd may request age verification documents at any time, and accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.

Each individual may operate only one 645bd account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and funds held in them may be forfeited. Creating multiple accounts from the same household, address, or IP address will be treated as a prohibited activity.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted. Funds held in a 645bd account do not earn interest.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

645bd offers a welcome bonus for new members. Current offer:

  • Amount: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000
  • Wagering Requirement: 25x (deposit + bonus amount)
  • The bonus applies to new members only and can be received once per account

4.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers:

  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly until bonus wagering is complete
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted
  • If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited

645bd's VIP program has three tiers. Advancement to a higher tier depends on activity and overall engagement on the platform:

  • Bronze: up to 0.5% cashback per week
  • Silver: up to 1.0% cashback per week
  • Gold: up to 1.5% cashback per week

VIP benefits are subject to change, and 645bd reserves the right to review or reassign the VIP status of any member.

Betting Rules

5.1 Rules for Placing Bets

When placing bets on 645bd:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
  • A bet accepted in error due to a technical issue may be considered void
  • Markets may close before an event begins, and 645bd is not responsible for this
  • If odds change, a bet may not be accepted at the new odds

5.2 Event Cancellation and Rescheduling

If a cricket match or other sporting event is cancelled or rescheduled:

  • If a match is cancelled entirely, bets will generally be considered void and the stake will be refunded
  • If a match is rescheduled within 48 hours, the original bet may remain in place
  • For in-play betting, the decision of the relevant sports authority will be followed
  • In the case of a disputed result, 645bd may hold payment until the official result is confirmed

5.3 Casino Game Terms

The rules of the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.) also apply to casino game operation. The individual rules of each game can be seen in the game interface. If a game stops mid-round due to a technical error, that round may be voided and the wagered amount will be refunded.
